1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EverPortrait website and your purchase of any custom portrait service from EverPortrait by Marouane Expresse. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed once payment has been received and we have acknowledged your submitted photo as suitable for use. We reserve the right to decline an order if the submitted photo is unsuitable, unclear, or if the request falls outside what we are able to produce.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP and are shown on our Pricing page. Additional pets are charged at a flat rate per pet, regardless of how many people are already included in the portrait. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Revisions
Every order includes unlimited revisions to reach a result you're happy with. Revisions must relate to the original submitted photo and request; entirely new portrait requests are treated as separate orders.
5. Your Rights to Submitted Photos
By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the rights to it, or have permission from the rights holder, to have it used for the creation of a custom portrait. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any photo you send us.
6. Intellectual Property
Once your portrait is delivered and paid for in full, you receive full rights to use, print, and share your finished portrait personally. EverPortrait retains the right to display finished portraits in our gallery or portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Limitation of Liability
EverPortrait aims to deliver a portrait that reflects your submitted photo and requested style as closely as possible. As hand-finished artwork involves artistic interpretation, we cannot guarantee an exact photographic match, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
